For full-time employees, HaloSource provides the following benefit plans, which become effective the first of the month following the date of hire:

Stock Options
Stock options are an important component of our compensation package and are currently awarded to all new employees at the time of hire.

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
    The company contributes a significant amount per month the cost of the premiums for employees and their dependents.
  • Supplemental Insurance
    HaloSource provides company-paid long term disability and term life insurance coverage for employees. Employee paid coverage is available for short term disability, supplemental
    life and dependent life insurance plans.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
    Employees can set aside pretax dollars to pay for day care and health care expenses.
  • Paid Time Off
    Employees begin accruing paid time off immediately at the rate of three weeks per year, which increases to four weeks beginning with their fourth year of employment.
  • Holidays
    There are nine designated, paid holidays and one floating paid holiday per calendar year.
  • 401(k) Plan
    Offered through ADP, employees can begin participation immediately.
