HaloSource provides company-paid long term disability and term life insurance coverage for employees. Employee paid coverage is available for short term disability, supplemental
life and dependent life insurance plans. - Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees can set aside pretax dollars to pay for day care and health care expenses. - Paid Time Off
Employees begin accruing paid time off immediately at the rate of three weeks per year, which increases to four weeks beginning with their fourth year of employment. - Holidays
There are nine designated, paid holidays and one floating paid holiday per calendar year. - 401(k) Plan
Offered through ADP, employees can begin participation immediately.
